Notification of Claimed Infringement

Lyriccs respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our DMCA Agent with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material to be removed, with sufficient information to locate it
  • Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Please include "DMCA Takedown Request" in the subject line.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification containing: your signature, identification of removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

Lyriccs will terminate user access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
